Libby Eydelman is one of the greatest event planners and designers. From the moment we got engaged in March of 2021, we knew it would be essential to work with a trusted professional to help bring our wedding’s vision to life. We dreamt of a modern, black/white hotel wedding with incredible food, music, and décor; that aesthetic is exactly what Libby helped us achieve. The photos of our wedding day speak for themselves!

A true social butterfly with years of wedding industry experience, Libby has connections with all of the top vendors across Canada. From our venue (Four Seasons Hotel Toronto) to the band (Sole Power Live), photographer (Purple Tree), videographer (Hidden Light Films), stationery (So Pretty In Print), décor/flowers (R5 Event Design), and more, Libby helped us secure it all! She worked hard to negotiate our contracts to ensure we kept within our budget. She also helped us build an incredible event day itinerary, oversaw all logistics, and reassured us that everything would run as smoothly as possible and be perfect on the wedding day.

Best of all, Upon Occasion offered hands-on support and guidance throughout the entire planning process. She was there whenever we needed her and was always more than happy to answer any questions. She was with us from start to finish, ensuring an elevated and seamless event planning experience. We had so much fun working with Libby. If we could do it again, we would choose Upon Occasion EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
